She utilizes a combination of careful selection; sophisticated preparation methods; and her keen sense of food aesthetics - to create dishes that are satisfying, gratifying and healthful. While serving as the personal chef to Elizabeth Taylor. June utilized her well-honed dietary expertise to help Ms. Taylor achieve a fifteen-pound weight loss goal in two weeks, prior to a European tour. Her numerous other health-conscious private chef clients have included Glen Frye, Fran Drescher, Jason Alexander, Katie Sagal, Kathy Najimy, Eddie Murphy, Prince, and Aaron Spelling.
